Waypoint AirMed and Rescue 2010 offers many exciting and unique opportunities for companies to enhance their profile in the air medical and rescue industry. Whether you are selling, introducing new products or promoting your company message, now is the time to take advantage of exhibition and promotional opportunities offered by Waypoint AirMed and Rescue 2010.

The exhibition floor has been planned specifically to maximise traffic through the exhibition area. Refreshment/lunch stations will be situated in the exhibition area, as well as in the auditorium where presentations will be made. Furthermore, the location of the Waypoint Challenge will ensure that exhibitors are consistently exposed to delegates throughout the event.

Exhibition booth space is available in the exhibition area and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth space will be of a shell scheme construction, with 3 x 2 metre wall panels, back and side. We are always happy to discuss your exhibition requirements and tailor packages to suit your specific needs. Bespoke exhibition booths are also available; please contact us for further information.

The price:

The cost for an exhibition booth will be: £1,000 + VAT, to include two exhibitor passes and 10 complimentary passes to enable exhibitors to invite clients to the event.

The price also includes:

• One x 500w socket & two spotlights
• One name board with company name
• Table and two chairs
• Exhibitor name, logo and 100-word biography published in the conference programme as well as on the conference website

Price excludes:

• General security
• Gas / water
• Cleaning /janitorial service
