The latest issue of AirMed&Rescue Magazine is now available to read online!

The latest issue of AirMed&Rescue Magazine is now available to read online.

This month's issue is packed with the usual mixture of cutting-edge news and in-depth features. There is the second part of our swiftwater rescue techniques feature, which focusses on how European agencies handle the issue. We also took a look inside some of the latest medical interiors for both helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft, whilst also finding out how the USAF is updating its combat rescue helicopter fleet.

The issue again looks towards the future in features exploring training programmes that utilise virtual reality, as well as a round-up of some of the newest aviation communications technology.

Elsewhere in the magazine we talk to  Dave Kelly, nominee for Air Ambulance Pilot of the Year in the UK, and Mark Delaney, General Manager of Toll Helicopters and gain an insight on how cabin altitude can affect patients with respiratory illnesses from Drs Jon Warwick and Neil Crooks of Air Alliance MedFlight.
