Night vision imaging system design, manufacturing and installation company Aviation Specialities Unlimited (ASU) has announced that Chad St Francis has joined as Director of Business Development for Military Programmes.
Chad served in the US Army for 22 years, retiring in 2008, but during his time in the service took part in several duty assignments and deployments; primarily as a Sikorsky UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter standardisation pilot and RC-12P/Q ‘Guardrail’ pilot-in-command. U.S. Fellow army veteran and ASU President Jim Winkel said that after retirement from the army, ‘ASU continues to innovate and develop new products and services that are ideal for the military’. “I have known Chad for many years and I have a great appreciation for his product knowledge and deep understanding for the needs of the military. Our global military customers already rely on our products and services and now they will have a point person at ASU that they know and trust,” he said.
The role will see Chad work directly with ASU’s broad base of military customers located around the world.
