Babcock creates new aviation management jobs in Australasia
Babcock International has strengthened its Australian Aviation business with two new leadership appointments.
Babcock International has strengthened its Australian Aviation business with two new leadership appointments. The company said that the appointments were prompted by a full business review by Babcock Australasia CEO David Ruff. Following this, the company created separate Onshore and Offshore aviation operation businesses.
Taking the position of Aviation Onshore Managing Director is Lauren Adams. She is responsible for Babcock’s ‘Mission Critical Services Australasia’ business, which involves delivering critical aviation emergency services and support for key clients including Ambulance Victoria, Government of South Australia, RACQ Central Queensland Rescue Service, RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service and Queensland Health.
Taking the Managing Director role on the Aviation Offshore side of the business is Andrew Cridland, who will be responsible for delivering aviation operations and services for blue-chip clients in the demanding oil and gas sector, including PTTEP Australasia, Woodside Energy Ltd, Chevron and ConocoPhillips Australia.
