In the below video, a US Coast Guard Mid-Atlantic HH-60 aircrew manages to locate and recue a man and his dog, called Lucky. The pair were trapped on a roof due to flooding caused by the hurricane near Wilmington, North Carolina.
The number of deaths caused by the hurricane is reported to have risen to 25 as of 18 September, and thousands are still trapped by floodwater.
