MD Helicopters Excellence Award which it bestowed upon PAG

MD Helicopters has presented Precision Aviation Group (PAG) with the Excellence Award to signify PAG’s commitment and approach to serving its global ‘mission-critical’ customer base. The award was presented at the 2019 HAI Heli-Expo in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ketan Desai, PAG’s Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, noted that PAG has more than 2,500 aircraft currently in service around the world, with nine global locations and more than 260,000-square-feet of sales and service facilities to support operators. “Our commitment to stock parts locally and provide the highest level of service has delivered extraordinary results,” he added.

MD Helicopter’s Manager of Service Center Networks Worldwide George Martinez explained that PAG was selected for the award based on its commitment to ‘exemplifying the very best in overall customer service, annual sales growth, and promoting the MD Helicopters brand worldwide’. “Out of a field of 41 MD Helicopters service centres and distributors worldwide,” Martinez said, “PAG posted the largest single-year sales growth – 84 per cent – between 2017 and 2018. We are proud to recognise PAG for their tremendous year.”

“PAG is proud to receive the prestigious Excellence Award,” said Desai. “The calibre of MD Helicopters service centres and distributors globally is strong; it is incredibly rewarding to be recognised as the leader for 2018.”
