US airmen take part in water rescue training
A daytime water rescue training mission in the water waters off the coast of Panama City, Florida, US tested airmen to deal with real-world exercise scenarios.
A daytime water rescue training mission in the water waters off the coast of Panama City, Florida, US tested airmen from the 23d Wing and the 325th Fighter Wing of the US Air Force in their ability to deal with real-world exercise scenarios similar to a deployed or contingency environment.
The mission was part of the Stealth Guardian exercise which took place between 7 and 8 August.
During the water rescue operations training, aircrew from the 41st Rescue Squadron, pararescuemen from the 38th RQS and survival, evasion, resistance and escape specialists and F-22 Raptor pilots from the 325th FW participated in the training.
