On 16 February, a California Highway Patrol (CHP) H-30 helicopter came to the assistance of Napa County Fire, helping to rescue a jogger who had become injured in Skyline Park. It was necessary to hoist the jogger due to the rugged nature of the surrounding terrain, so a paramedic was lowered down to package the patient for transport before she was taken up into the helicopter so that she could then be taken on to a trauma centre nearby.
