AAMS announces new 2024–25 board
Among other appointments, James Houser of STAT MedEvac will serve as the executive committee’s new Chair
The Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS), an international nonprofit organization that serves the air ambulance industry, has announced its new 2024–25 board of directors.
“We enter the new year refreshed with an engaged board and team ready to roll up their sleeves and continue working diligently on behalf of AAMS members,” said Jana Williams, President and CEO of AAMS.
“We are excited to pick up from where we left off in 2023 – with key progress in the government affairs arena, exciting revisions to our educational offerings, and a focus on member value and engagement,” she added.
Board terms officially began on 1 January 2024. Appointments include:
Executive committee
Chair – James Houser, CEO of STAT MedEvac
Chair-Elect – Mike Perkins, Chief Operations Officer at MedFlight of Ohio
Secretary/Treasurer – Kim Montgomery, President of Med-Trans, EagleMed, and SevenBar Aviation
Immediate Past Chair – Kolby L Kolbet, Chief Clinical Officer at Life Link III.
