Aero-Dienst launches US subsidiary
The business, called Aero-Dienst America, will initially focus on supplying spare parts, before expanding its range of services from next year
German aircraft operator and supplier Aero-Dienst has established a new US subsidiary, Aero-Dienst America, based in Palm Beach, Florida.
The move, which is part of Aero-Dienst’s plans for growth internationally, was announced at the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The initial priority of the subsidiary will be to ensure a reliable and cost-efficient supply of spare parts.
Aero-Dienst America plans to then expand its operations to include other services from mid-2026, such as aircraft detailing and support for aircraft arbitrage.
As well as providing third parties with access to parts and services, the new subsidiary is expected to benefit Aero-Dienst’s own flight operations by offering support to its own fleet of air ambulance jets, which regularly conduct global medical repatriations on behalf of parent company ADAC.

Aero-Dienst previously inaugurated a new hangar space at its Vienna maintenance line station last year.
