Aero-Dienst strengthens its management team
André Ebach joins Viktor Peters as CEO
German business aviation company Aero-Dienst has announced that André Ebach has joined the management team as CEO alongside Viktor Peters.
He began the role on 1 December, after previously holding the role of Head of Maintenance at the company for the last five years.
Peters said: “This strengthening of our management team continues our long-term growth strategy. It means that we will be able to develop our business areas in an even more targeted way in the future.”
Ebach started his career, after completing a degree in aerospace engineering, at Lufthansa Technik in the roles of Key Account Manager and Customer Support Engineer. While working at Lufthansa, he continued his studies, graduating as a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2011.
In 2012, Ebach joined RUAG Aviation in the role of Manager of Sales and Customer Support. He progressed through the company until being entrusted to lead the entire business jet division at the Oberpfaffenhofen location in 2015. He stayed in this role until he began working for Aero-Dienst in 2017.
“At no point in Aero-Dienst’s decades-long history has the company ever been satisfied with just ‘going with the flow’,” said Ebach. He added: “We have continually adapted to changing circumstances and developed innovations to ensure that we can meet the varying requirements and high demands of the business aviation field.”
He concluded: “What we do is complex, but we manage to present it to our customers in the form of services with a high customer orientation. This is the basis of the long-term success of our Aircraft Maintenance Division.”
