The second edition of AERO South Africa 2022 took place over a three-day period between 7 and 9 July at the Wonderboom National Airport in the City of Tshwane, South Africa 

The event was presented by Messe Frankfurt South Africa in partnership with Fairnamic – organizers of Europe’s largest general aviation show Aero Friedrichshafen. 

The City of Tshwane signed a three-year partnership with AERO South Africa and Wonderboom National Airport with the vision of the City of Tshwane becoming the hub of general aviation in Africa.

The Southern African show for General Aviation featured an exhibition with over 70 exhibiting companies showcasing the industry’s latest innovations from aviation sectors. 

AERO South Africa featured a three-day programme with industry experts as well as visitor fly-ins, demo flights, a B2B matchmaking program, Women in Aviation, and a Park & Sell area.
