AERO South Africa returns for third edition
The event offers manufacturers and distributors a platform to engage with buyers and new markets
Messe Frankfurt South Africa has announced the general aviation trade show, AERO South Africa, will return this year for its third edition.
The event will take place at Wonderboom National Airport in Tshwane, South Africa from 6–8 July 2023.
The main focus of this year’s show is to provide a professional business-to-business (B2B) networking platform for exhibitors in the aviation industry. AERO South Africa offers as an opportunity for industry professionals to showcase the latest technology, unveil new products, forge new business partnerships, and strengthen existing relationships through the B2B Matchmaking program.
General aviation professionals, aircraft and helicopter owners or operators, and pilots are invited to register as trade visitors. By attending, they will gain insights into the latest aviation technology and industry trends.
In addition, attendees can attend presentations by speakers in the aviation industry, covering a wide range of topics relevant to general aviation.
South African manufacturers and distributors also get a dedicated platform to engage with new buyers, while international manufacturers consider it a gateway to the South African market.
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to provide demonstration flights, allowing potential buyers to experience aircraft features first-hand.
Visitors are encouraged to fly to the show using their own aircraft. Landing, approach, and ground handling fees for fly-ins to the airport will be waived if fly-in visitors pre-register their flight plan.
AERO South Africa is organised by Messe Frankfurt South Africa in partnership with fairnamic GmbH – the new joint venture of Messe Frankfurt and Messe Friedrichshafen who organise Europe’s largest General Aviation Show – AERO Friedrichshafen.
