Airbus Helicopters has logged a total of 544 gross orders ‎‎(equating to 536 net) for the whole of 2025, with orders from 205 customers across 50 countries.

The company added that it delivered 392 helicopters in 2025, and also saw “strong market momentum” for its uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) over the course of the year.

Major new contracts include orders from the Spanish government for 100 helicopters – including 50 H145Ms, 31 NH90s, and the first orders for the H175M – and from Germany, which exercised an option for 20 additional H145Ms.

Additionally, Greece ordered eight H215 Super Pumas for aerial firefighting, while Morocco ordered 10 H225Ms. Spain also ordered 13 H135 helicopters, and the UK National Police Air Service (NPAS) ordered seven of the same type.

Airbus has secured 61 orders for its next-generation light, twin-engine helicopter, the H140, since its unveiling at Verticon. It also signed its first orders for the VSR700 uncrewed helicopter with several launch customers.

The company also delivered its first H160 in law enforcement configuration to the French Gendarmerie Nationale in 2025, and in firefighting configuration to Japan’s Hiroshima City Fire Services Bureau, with an additional order from Nagoya City Fire Bureau.

The company also commenced work on a new final assembly line for the H125 in India – its fourth worldwide.

“Airbus Helicopters’ outstanding performance in 2025, marked by an order intake increase ‎close to 20% in units, demonstrates that our modern civil and military portfolios are ‎delivering the precise mission capabilities required in today’s complex environment,” said ‎Bruno Even, CEO of Airbus Helicopters.
