Austrian OEAMTC Air Rescue Service will host the AirMed World Congress in historic Salzburg, Austria in June 2022

The conference brings together global experts to shape the future of emergency services. The 2022 Congress will provide an empowering platform for industry professionals to network and co-operatively explore vital aspects of this important branch. From 28 June to 30 June 2022, the program will focus on a plethora of different topics concerning air rescue, as well as best practices from around the world.

"It's a great honour to organize this congress for the first time here in Austria,” said Reinhard Kraxner, CEO of OEAMTC Air Rescue Service. "We are convinced that there is no better place for bringing together experts from all over the world than Salzburg."

Preparations are already well underway. The spacious Salzburg Congress Center provides an ideal venue for interdisciplinary exchange among the aeromedical community, while the baroque city centre offers a multitude of possibilities for more relaxed, informal exchange of ideas post-conference.
