Alpha Star

Saudi Arabian company Alpha Star Air Ambulance has been re-awarded full accreditation from the global Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS)

With this accreditation, Alpha Star becomes the first air ambulance operator in Saudi Arabia (and GCC) to receive this full accreditation. Alpha Star operates multiple air ambulance aircraft staffed with flight nurses and paramedics to care for adult, neonatal and paediatric patients. Alpha Star is also accredited to provide commercial medical escort services via commercial airlines.

Alpha Star is a fixed-wing aircraft operator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is licensed by the General Authority of Civil Aviation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Part 121SU to operate fixed wing air ambulance flights.

Conducting audits during a pandemic is a new challenge that has been met head on by accreditation organizations around the world, including CAMTS.
