Banham Security renews partnership with LAAC
They have been partners for a decade but now a further three years have been added
London’s Air Ambulance Charity (LAAC) has extended its partnership with Banham Security for a further three years.
The longstanding partnership of over a decade with Banham Security began through their Charitable Foundation in November 2012.
The security company sponsors the six rapid response cars operated by the charity. The cars are equipped with the same medical equipment as the helicopters, ensuring that the medics can get across London to the patient in the shortest amount of time possible.
To mark the renewed partnership, Banham board members visited LAAC’s helipad, situated on the 17th floor of the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. The visit provided an opportunity for Banham representatives to meet with the pilots, medics, and charity leadership of LAAC, as well as to see the new fleet of rapid response cars.
Charles Hallatt, Executive Chairman, Banham Security, said: “We are proud to have supported the charity for a decade, enabling them to continue to provide critical roadside care throughout the capital. We very much look forward to extending our support for another three years and, together, we can continue to save lives and make a difference across London.”
Jonathan Jenkins, CEO, London’s Air Ambulance Charity, added: “As a charity focused on fundraising every year, the value of a long-term partnership like this cannot be overstated. Banham have been working with us for over a decade now and I’m delighted to have them on board for another three years.”
