Czech police purchase Entrol H145 FNPT II MCC flight simulator
The simulator’s mission scenarios package will help the Czech police train effectively for various critical situations
Entrol, the manufacturer of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certified flight and navigation procedures trainer (FNPT) flight simulators, has announced the sale of an H145 FNPT II Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) simulator to the Police of the Czech Republic. This represents a significant milestone as the first Entrol flight training device to be installed in the country.
Entrol’s H145 FNPT II MCC simulator is designed to provide high-fidelity training experiences through a visual system powered by X-Plane 11’s extensive database, which covers key airports such as Prague, Karlovy Vary, Ostrava, and Nuremberg.
The simulator’s additional options, such as virtual reality hoist management, forward-looking infrared camera, smoke machine, and an external mission mirror, are in place to enhance the trainings level of realism.
The factory acceptance test was successfully completed on 27 June, thus installation and certification of the simulator are expected to follow shortly, providing the Czech police with state-of-the-art training tools.
Entrol recently sold a unit of its en-4000x FNPT II MCC simulator to Spain’s aviation academy, Canavia.
