Entrol hoist operator simulator

Flight simulator manufacturer Entrol has announced the launch of a new mixed reality (MR) ‎mission training solution ‎

The MR Hoist Operator Station is designed to create an immersive training environment, ‎focusing on communication between the pilot and hoist operator.‎

The solution integrates with Entrol’s line of flight simulators, and offers four-axis winch ‎cable control, allowing the simulation of complex hoist maneuvers, including emergency ‎scenarios such as engine failure or spinning cables.‎

The simulator features customizable mission scenarios tailored to mission types including ‎search and rescue (SAR), firefighting, and offshore operations. It can also be adapted to a ‎range of different aircraft configurations.‎

Entrol recently announced that it will supply a new H145 FFS Level B simulator to Air ‎Corporate.‎
