At this year's convention, EBACE2022 was redefined in a variety of ways, with numerous never-before-seen features that demonstrated the industry's dedication to sustainability, inclusivity, and extraordinary innovation. The goal of EBACE2022 is to examine the aviation industry's future prospects rather than just its current position. This year, electric aircraft and enhanced air mobility were among the most discussed topics at the exhibition.

“We are the pioneers here creating the future of tomorrow and even for big companies we hope to be a catalyst, a stimulator to push everybody to green aviation” said Jean J. Botti, PhD, CEO and CTO of Voltaero. 

Panelists at the (EBACE2022) Careers in Business Aviation Day said that business aviation had a lot to offer young individuals interested in a fun, invigorating, and multifaceted profession. On the last day of the event, students had a unique opportunity to gain industry insights directly from aviation professionals, including tours and recommendations for interviewing and networking. “You get the sense you are important. It’s definitely the most interesting industry there is to work in,” said Sus Dierckx, of Belgium’s Flying Group.
