The US-based avionics company has announced its 2020 class of Sapphire Elite partners

Since 2018, FreeFlight has honored its 10 highest-performing annual professional partnerships that provide a network of Part 145 certified repair stations for global avionic operators. FreeFlight is showcasing these authorized sales and service centers that sell, install, and service the company’s aviation products.

FreeFlight’s 2020 Sapphire Elite partners include:

  • Strategic Enterprise Solutions Corp
  • 1st Choice Aerospace
  • Southeast Aerospace Inc.
  • Capital Aviation Inc.
  • Drabpol Sp Jawna P Drabczy Ski I Wspol
  • GoAeroMx, LLC.
  • Eirtech Aviation
  • Avionik Straubing Gmbh
  • Precision Aviation Group
  • Duncan Aviation

To revamp its services to its dealers and clientele in 2020, FreeFlight updated its operations in November to include repair services within its sales team. Through restructuring its operation, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Ashley Ring commented that FreeFlight now delivers a considerable increase in reactive customer support that has already provided economic gains for its network of successful worldwide aviation professionals.

Focusing on FreeFlight’s objectives

"What 2020 brought to us was an opportunity to deliver more to our partners and to focus on FreeFlight's objectives," said Ring. "To us, it’s not just about selling the product. We are here to support all aspects of our avionic technologies and services, as we ultimately want to see our partners benefit and prosper. We are in business today because of these and many other operations, and we are extremely proud of the continued successes of our global relationships."

In October, FreeFlight released a ADS-B In Receiver, saying the receiver allows for better pilot situational awareness.
