Gwenola Robert joins Blueberry Aviation
Blueberry Aviation, the global aircraft sales specialist, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gwenola Robert as Vice President Contracts
Robert will work alongside the commercial aircraft and helicopter commercial team in the Monaco office. Robert brings over two decades of deep expertise in the aviation industry, spanning legal, commercial, and operational leadership. Most recently, Robert has been leading business transformation initiatives at ATR, the regional aircraft manufacturer, where she focused on enhancing the company performance both operationally and financially, driving improvements in efficiency, cost management and delivering greater value to customers. Prior to that, Robert served as Chief Commercial Officer at Aura Aero, helping drive the shift toward sustainable aviation by spearheading customer support and commercial strategies. Her earlier role as Founder of Coanda Business saw her advising companies on contract strategy, negotiation, and business development, leveraging extensive industry insight.
Robert’s remarkable 20-year tenure at ATR also included leadership roles such as Vice President Contracts and Administration, Contracts Director, and Head of Aircraft Deliveries, where she consistently delivered high-impact results. Her work has spanned global markets – negotiating with major airlines and lessors from Japan to India and South America – and she is known for crafting innovative commercial solutions and leading cross-functional transformation projects. With a very strong foundation in law and a reputation as a strategic and adaptive leader, Robert will be an invaluable asset as head of contracts.
“We are delighted to welcome Gwenola to the Blueberry Aviation team,” said Francois Gautier, CEO of Blueberry Aviation. “ Her extensive industry experience, international outlook, and strong commercial acumen make her exceptionally well-suited to lead our contracts function, ensuring we continue to deliver value to our partners and customers in full alignment with our company’s core professional values and standards.”
“I’m thrilled to be joining Blueberry Aviation,” said Robert. “I look forward to collaborating with the talented team at Blueberry Aviation to help structure robust, business-focused contracting solutions and ensure our contracting practices continue to support long-term growth for the company.”
This strategic appointment reinforces Blueberry Aviation’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and enhancing operational excellence.
