Helicopter Services named Enstrom dealer and service center
The partnership expands Enstrom’s sales and certified maintenance support network for operators including public safety agencies, air medical providers, and other specialist helicopter users
Enstrom Helicopter Corporation has appointed Helicopter Services, Inc (HSI) as an authorized dealer and service center, strengthening support for operators involved in mission-critical aviation, including public safety, search and rescue (SAR), and air medical.
Based in Spring, Texas, HSI will provide Enstrom operators with aircraft sales, maintenance, and completion support through its 25,000ft2 facility at David Wayne Hooks Memorial Airport. The company’s technical team, led by Chief Inspector Travis Holt, will support customers from aircraft acquisition through ongoing operational service.
The partnership adds Enstrom’s rotorcraft portfolio to HSI’s established capabilities supporting public safety agencies, air medical providers, and other specialist operators. Enstrom’s production range includes the turbine-powered 480B Elite, alongside the 480B, F28F, and 280FX helicopter models.
“At Enstrom, we believe exceptional aircraft deserve exceptional support,” said Chuck Wade, Senior Vice President of Product, Sales, and Customer Excellence. “Partnering with HSI expands our ability to provide customers with trusted expertise, responsive service, and the long-term support they expect from the Enstrom brand.”
For SAR and other special mission operators, access to reliable maintenance and lifecycle support is critical to aircraft availability. HSI’s certified rotorcraft maintenance capabilities, combined with Enstrom’s lightweight helicopter platforms, are intended to provide operators with expanded regional support.
The appointment forms part of Enstrom’s wider effort to grow its customer support network and improve access to technical expertise across its fleet.
