IMH 2026 brings global military helicopter leaders to London
Global defense leaders will gather in London to explore the future of crewed and uncrewed military rotorcraft
International Military Helicopter (IMH) will return to London from 24–26 February 2026, marking its 25th anniversary with a major gathering of more than 550 senior military, government and industry leaders from over 50 nations. Taking place at Novotel London West, the event promises to be a key forum for shaping the future of military rotary-wing and uncrewed aviation.
Set against a backdrop of rapid technological change, shifting mission requirements and emerging threats, IMH 2026 will examine how rotorcraft is entering a new era of innovation, relevance, and integration. Central themes include the tactical and strategic incorporation of uncrewed systems; updates on major rotary-wing programs such as the US Army’s Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), the UK’s New Medium Helicopter (NMH), and NATO’s Next Generation Rotorcraft Capability (NGRC); renewed emphasis on fleet modernization; and the upgrade of aircraft with advanced avionics, connectivity, and communications.
The conference will feature senior speakers from NATO and armed forces across Europe, North America, Asia Pacific (APAC), and the Middle East. Confirmed speakers include Admiral Sir Keith Blount, NATO Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe; US Army Future Vertical Lift and FLRAA program heads; and aviation commanders from the UK, Australia, France, Turkey, and the Republic of Korea Navy.
Delegates will also benefit from an expanded and revitalized exhibition space, showcasing the latest technologies across crewed and uncrewed aviation, alongside interactive panels and workshops led by military decision-makers.
Described by the UK Military Aviation Authority as “a great forum for the international military helicopter user, maintainer, and operator community”, IMH has established itself as a strategic networking hub for defense aviation.
