The new contracts include a number of aircraft for air medical providers in Europe and the USA

ITC-AeroLeasing has confirmed that it has closed several new aircraft lease contracts in the past two quarters.

The company confirmed that it had closed new contracts with three European special mission aviation operators in Europe.

This includes long-term leases for two Airbus H145 D3s and three Airbus EC135 T2+ helicopters for air ambulance providers in Spain and France, as well as the lease of an Embraer E190 jet to an operator that will use it for charter, medical evacuation, and aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI) flights.

Alongside this, ITC-AeroLeasing closed a deal for the lease financing of two Bell 407s with an unnamed long-term partner in the emergency medical services (EMS) sector in early 2025, as well as three more 407s in medical configuration with the same partner in June.

The rotorcraft will all operate from the partner’s bases at various hospitals around the USA.

“2025 has been a great year for ITC so far, with diverse projects,” said Steven Nixon, Executive Vice-President of ITC-AeroLeasing. “We have developed new customer relationships, but, notably, we continue to grow our existing partnerships in the US and Europe, some of which have lasted for over a decade, which in itself speaks volumes about the mutual trust and respect between ITC and its customers.”
