Kentucky air ambulance crash claims three
Air Evac Lifeteam has confirmed the loss of three of its crew members in the crash of an air ambulance helicopter that occurred on 6 June at around 11:30 hrs. According to reports, the helicopter went down in the car park of a school in Manchester, Kentucky, US, near to where the aircraft was due to land.

The crew were returning to base after delivering a patient to a hospital in Laurel County.
The crew members have been named as pilot Eddy Sizemore, flight paramedic Herman Lee Dobbs and flight nurse Jesse Jones.
The company released a statement following the crash: “We are saddened to confirm that three members of our Manchester, Kentucky, crew were killed in a helicopter accident late Thursday evening. We are devastated at the loss of these crew members, who we consider family. We have no details regarding the cause of the accident but will be working with the [National Transportation Safety Board] in coming days as they conduct their investigation.
