Libyan Air Ambulance Service to buy three new Bell helicopters

They will be used for air ambulance services and medical transportation
The Libyan Air Ambulance Service announced today the signing of a contract to purchase three Bell helicopters – models Bell 429 and Bell 505.
They will be equipped with the latest technologies and medical equipment, allowing them to provide ambulance services and medical transportation for emergency cases in remote areas, which are less accessible by jet planes.
This purchase is an important step in the framework to improve emergency medical services and cover all areas of Libyan territory.
The Bell 505 is a popular model for HEMS operators, including Simrik Air of Nepal who just acquired its first one.
