Airbus Helicopters Inc. has welcomed Cynthia “Cyndi” Carter to its North American sales team as Air Medical Segment Manager.

She is based in Pennsylvania and will be responsible for managing the Air Medical Sales market segment in both the US and Canada.

Cyndi brings decades of experience and a unique perspective for this market segment. Prior to joining Airbus, she served in several roles for Air Methods Corporation, CJ Systems Aviation Group and was a program director for a Hospital Based System. Cyndi has also previously worked as a flight nurse\paramedic.

“Cyndi’s experience in a broad range of air medical services combined with her dedication to this industry is what really set her apart from a broad range of qualified candidates,” said Treg Manning, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Airbus Helicopters North America. “We are delighted to have Cyndi join our team and believe she will continue to build Airbus’ long track record as the leading provider of air medical helicopters in North America.”

Cyndi has plenty of relevant experience that will serve her well in her new role: she began her career in 1987 and has gained extensive experience in various air medical operations and hospital-based programs managing tasks from contract negotiation to outreach programs to achieve set organizational goals.
