Patria also works with Norwegian Bell 412 helicopters and maintains AW101 helicopters. The company will be providing MRO support to the new fleet of AW169 helicopters as per an agreement signed with Leonardo Helicopters.

The new fleet of AW139s allows the Norwegian Police to enhance capabilities and readiness against threats such as terrorism and other crimes, and the new layout of the AW139 helicopters also allows the transport of six people plus crew. The fleet will perform a range of tasks including observation, surveillance, special operations team transport and airborne sniping, and ensuring high versatility with quick and easy reconfiguration between roles.
