Its role includes transportation, search and rescue (SAR) and medevac

Offshore Helicopter Services UK (OHS UK) has signed a new multi-year deal with Serica Energy.

OHS UK operates from bases in Aberdeen, Sumburgh and Esbjerg, offering transportation to offshore oil and gas platforms, SAR services through its two 24/7 SAR helicopters, medevac for those needing treatment away from offshore platforms, and oil spill response.

This new five-year contract with Serica cements the relationship between the two companies.

Serica has chosen to use Airbus H175 and Sikorsky S-92 aircraft for its North Sea operations, primarily focusing on servicing the Bruce platform.

Shaun Roseveare, CEO of Ultimate Aviation Group – the company that acquired OHS UK earlier this year – said: “We are delighted to be continuing our extremely positive relationship with one of our high-profile customers and look forward to the next five years and beyond.”
