OPENSIGHT software has been coupled with FlytX Retrofit to offer a solution for a tactile large display flight deck with sensor exploitation capabilities.
OPENSIGHT is a software suite specifically designed by FlySight to allow the development of innovative solutions for mission planning, execution and debriefing.
FlytX Retrofit for Mission Helicopters combines piloting and mission information in front of tactical airborne operators. It upgrades helicopter flight decks with a touchscreen display solution and connects with existing sensors.
It offers the ability to display OPENSIGHT Augmented Reality in the primary field of view and interface with it directly through the 15-inch touchscreen display.
FlytX Retrofit for Mission Helicopters fits in different sized cockpits because of its 15-inch integrated modular avionics display hosting all computing functions. This means there is no need for the addition of dedicated mission line replaceable units, reducing weight, space and installation costs.
It is compatible with a variety of helicopter models including:
- AS550/AS355/H125/H125M/EC135/EC145/AS332/AS532
- B412EP/B412SP
- Mi-8/Mi-17
- UH-60A/L.
