Defense Strategies Institute has announced that the highly anticipated 4th Annual Operational Medicine Symposium is returning to San Antonio, Texas, on 12–13 April 2022

Some 400 attendees are expected to attend from across the services, medical units, industry partners and practitioners at the most highly regarded military medical event of the year. There will be the unique opportunity to learn, network and engage with military medical professionals in an information driven, networking-focused environment.

This year’s agenda features two days of plenary sessions, panel discussions and tech talks that will highlight key topics in military healthcare, including combat care, medical logistics, human performance, telemedicine, and a new panel discussion for 2022 on research and development initiatives at the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Centers of Excellence.

4th Opmed networking

OpMed 2022 provides an opportunity to participate in this foremost symposium of the year for the military healthcare community and be part of the conversation with senior medical officials, clinicians, government leaders, and solution providers discussing the latest innovations and opportunities to advance the practice of medicine in expeditionary environments.

Senior level speakers will address ways to speed up the efficiency, delivery, and effectiveness of combat casualty care, medical evacuations, and advanced field diagnostic systems to ensure a medically ready force and a ready medical force. This promises to be a critical discussion that attendees should not miss.
