Paraclete new president

The company has announced Anthony Economos as its new President, replacing previous incumbent Scott Hodges

Economos, one of Paraclete’s co-founders, has served as the company’s Vice President since its launch in 2014. Hodges will assume the role of Vice President for Product Development after stepping down.

In his new position, Economos will implement Paraclete’s two-year strategic vision, which focuses on ‘accessing global market data and applying best practices to further Paraclete’s increasing presence throughout the world’.

“As a member of the American Association of Medical Services (AAMS), we value our relationships in supporting clients,” Economos said. “In my new position as President, I look forward to strengthening those relationships, while developing global opportunities to best serve those who risk their lives while saving the many in their care.”

A decade of experience in the aviation-medical sector

The company also highlighted Economos’ decade of aviation-medical experience, including in his previous role as Executive of Censis Technologies, where he earned a place as a member of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Council, the body which governs digital transformation for all Fortive-owned companies.

“Anthony has accumulated extensive knowledge in the medical-healthcare industry which has become an asset in advancing Paraclete’s air medical transport and HEMS markets,” said Hodges. “He has a natural ability to foster relationships with all people that is unparalleled in the corporate ecosystem and will continue to do what he does best: building external relationships throughout the industry to achieve 'win-win' solutions.”
