PAvCon Europe 2021 will be held virtually this year
Police Aviation Research is teaming up with the Airborne Public Safety Association (APSA) to conduct a PavCon-branded virtual training event focused on European public safety aviation, and it is free to register
PAvCon Europe 2021 will be conducted on Monday 7 June, as a live, interactive webinar consisting of five distinct one-hour sessions instructed by notable leaders in police aviation. These include Harald Brink, Luc Stremersch, Haiko Kroeze, David Howell, Joseba Mendizabal and Bryan Smith.
Each year PAvCon Europe provides a fantastic environment for police aviators and the public safety aviation industry to learn and network and this year will be no different in that regard. The event organizers have said: “Ideally, PAvCon will never need to return to virtual events, so this should be a one-off example of distance learning, we hope so, anyway. PAvCon Europe will therefore have the services of a tried, tested, trained and experienced team of facilitators to run this event. Something that only APSA could arrange.”
Thomas Helbig, Head of German Federal Police Air Support Group, said about the event: “I love the idea behind PAvCon, creating a network of police aviators in Europe and abroad, together with the industry, but without the character of a sales event.” which is a sentiment shared by many who attend.
AirMed&Rescue will be participating, it is free to register for PAvCon Europe's online sessions so we do hope many of you will take the time to join us! If you can't make it on the day, look out for our full PAvCon Europe report where we will share key insights post event.
