RFDS appoints new Federation Executive Director
The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) of Australia has appointed Frank Quinlan as the new Federation Executive Director, effective mid-November
Currently the CEO of Mental Health Australia, Quinlan has an extensive background in the not-for-profit sector and enjoys piloting in his spare time – a perfect fit for the RFDS.
RFDS Federation Board Chair Amanda Vanstone commented: "I am delighted Frank Quinlan will be taking the position. His extensive advocacy experience and history in the not-for-profit sector will contribute greatly to the mission and values of the RFDS."
Quinlan said that he was delighted to be joining the RFDS and added: “I look forward to advocating for country Australians to ensure they have access to the services they need and experience better health outcomes. It will be a privilege to work with an organisation that has been voted 'Australia's Most Reputable Charity' for eight years in a row."
