Simrik Air helicopter crash lands on hospital helipad

On 30 June, Simrik Air AS350B2 ‘9N-ALR’ crash-landed while approaching the rooftop helipad of Grande International Hospital

On 30 June, Simrik Air AS350B2 ‘9N-ALR’ crash-landed while approaching the rooftop helipad of Grande International Hospital in Kathmandu, Nepal. According to the Officials from Tribhuvan International Airport, no casualties were reported at the crash. Captain Hareram Thapa was the commander of the flight.

The helicopter fell 10 feet down off the rooftop helipad of the hospital while touching down for landing. The flight was on a Medical Evacuation mission flight from the Hospital to Bharatpur.
