Skyservice Air Ambulance International purchases Parkview Airmedical

Skyservice Air Ambulance International (SAAI) has announced that it has acquired commercial medical escort company Parkview Airmedical, which is based in Toronto, Canada.

Monreal, Canada-based air ambulance operator Skyservice Air Ambulance International (SAAI) has announced that it has acquired commercial medical escort company Parkview Airmedical, which is based in Toronto, Canada.

Parkview Airmedical has been relocated to SAAI’s base at Toronto’s Lester Pearson International Airport. It is also planning to soon establish a base in its Montreal headquarters, whilst maintaining satellite bases in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater, Florida, US. SAAI says that this will allow it to complete same day launch medical escorts in Florida, Cuba, the Caribbean and Mexico.

“The acquisition of Parkview Airmedical and its integration into Skyservice Air Ambulance International offers our clients a one call solution for their air medical transport needs either via air ambulance or commercial air carrier. The Parkview Airmedical team that clients have come to love and depend upon will now become a vital part of our growing brand” said David Ewing, Executive Vice-President, Global Markets.
