Switlik Survival Products names new President
Sarah Switlik will replace her father, Stanley Switlik, following her previous role as Chief Operating Officer
Switlik Survival Products, a manufacturer of special missions equipment such as constant-wear life vests and anti-exposure suits, has named Sarah Switlik as its new President.
Sarah Switlik previously served as the company’s former Chief Operating Officer (COO) for five years, and will now lead a team of 170 employees, assuming full responsibility for day-to-day operations.
During her tenure as COO, she oversaw the 20,000ft2 expansion of the company’s Trenton campus, and led the evolution of Switlik’s product offerings.
Sarah Switlik will replace her father, Stanley, who has served as President and CEO since 2012. Stanley will continue as CEO and Chairman of the Board. He will also continue to guide corporate strategic planning, and remain actively involved in the development of new products.

Adam Richardson was recently promoted to President and CEO of Enstrom.
