THC becomes strategic sponsor for SEMS 2023
Saudi Arabian aviation services provider The Helicopter Company (THC) has become a strategic sponsor of the Saudi Emergency Medical Services (SEMS) conference
The event – currently being held between 18–20 September at Hilton Hotel in Riyadh – will allow THC to showcase its role delivering helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) in partnership with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA).
“We are extremely proud to participate in SEMS 2023 as a strategic sponsor and showcase our commitment to enhancing emergency medical services in Saudi Arabia,” said Captain Arnaud Martinez, CEO of THC.
THC’s nationwide HEMS service – called the Saudi Air Ambulance – is being developed in alignment with the Saudi government’s Vision 2030 initiative, which aims to improve the quality of life and standard of healthcare services in the country by that year.
The company placed orders for 43 helicopters with manufacturers Airbus and Leonardo in early 2022 to support the expansion of the HEMS program.
