Man with head injury was airlifted by a Coast Guard Air Station Savannah MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew.

A crew member from the 800-foot tanker Eagle Texas US Coast Guard was medevaced by Coast Guard Air Station Savannah MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew near to Jacksonville, US, after he sustained a head injury.
