Toll Aviation and Aviation Specialties Unlimited have partnered to create an NVG center for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of night vision goggles in the Oceania region

Through the years, Toll Aviation and Aviation Specialties Unlimited (ASU) have demonstrated commitment to developing aviation night vision capability through advancement in technology and training. According to ASU, the addition of the NVG center will provide the industry with access to regional lifesaving night vision solutions and products, supported and backed by the expertise of ASU. The new center will be based on the east coast of Australia.

Toll Aviation General Manager Colin Gunn said: “We have always had an exceptional working relationship with ASU. This formalized partnership allows us to bring a standard of excellence to the Oceanic region for NVG users.”

Reflecting on ASU’s role in helping to advance night vision capabilities in the region, ASU’s founder, Mike Atwood, emphasized: “Today, we come full circle, reaffirming our commitment to aviation night vision excellence and safety in Australia.”

Rotor-Lift recently announced a partnership with Toll Aviation as part of its tender to continue supplying emergency helicopter services to the Tasmanian government.
