Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity enhances pilot training with Bell 429 simulator
HeliSpeed has agreed with Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity to provide its pilots with access to the state-of-the-art simulator training
This partnership underscores a shared commitment to enhancing aircrew proficiency and ensuring the highest standards of patient care across Wiltshire and Bath, in the UK.
The Bell 429 FNPT II MCC simulator, developed by Entrol, offers a highly realistic training environment. Equipped with Garmin GTN 750 and GTN 650 units, a spherical visual system with a 200x70° field of view, 6 HD laser projectors and a vibration system. Additionally, it accurately replicates various flight conditions, including vortex ring, translational lift, and turbulence.
