Air Rescue Systems acquired by Vita Inclinata Technologies

Vita Inclinata Technologies, a provider of intelligent lifting solutions, has announced the acquisition of global helicopter response, training and equipment company Air Rescue Systems (ARS).

By combining their expertise and resources, Vita Aerospace – the specialized aerospace division of Vita Inclinata Technologies – and ARS will provide comprehensive training techniques and facilities, equipment and technology to a larger range of organizations operating in emergency response environments.

Vita Aerospace manufactures the patented Vita Rescue System Litter Attachment – ‘a dynamic approach to hoist operations with precision’. ARS offers custom, detail-oriented courses for advanced helicopter operations – such as hoist, short haul, rappel, fast rope, medical/rescue, precision long line and skid operations – for multiple operation types and locations.

The partnership enables them to serve a larger community, equipping them with the essential tools and skills required to execute successful missions.
