Entrol to manufacture new Bell 412 FTD Level 3 simulator

Simulator will increase training capabilities for the Global Helicopter Service
Global Helicopter Service (GHS) has entrusted Entrol to manufacture its new Bell 412 FTD Level 3 simulator in 2023.
It will be delivered to GHS headquarters in Germany in early 2024.
The Bell 412 FTD Level 3 simulator will be equipped with Entrol’s latest technology and increase the training capabilities that GHS can offer its trainees.
Nacho Navacerrada, Head of Sales at Entrol, said: "Having sold another model of an FTD Level 3 is a big milestone for us. We believe that FTDs will be crucial for the future of the industry, and it is reassuring to know that companies like GHS share this same view with us.”
Dominik Goldfuss, CEO and Owner of GHS added: “This new project will bring a lot of flexibility and synergies to our future training strategy. For our overall pilot’s team, we will be able to cover all requirements in terms of training and check flight events, including scenario training, for our missions in remote environments. Further to this, of course, we will be able to develop a whole new range of business opportunities within our ATO.”
This simulator will be the sixth Entrol device in Germany, making it the third country with the most Entrol devices after Spain and Italy.
This announcement comes after Entrol said it is opening its first simulator in Nigeria.
