EURAMI has reaccredited UNICAIR
The international non-profit organization renewed the air ambulance service’s accreditation
After a three-day audit in July 2022 by the European Aeromedical Institute (EURAMI), UNICAIR has been reaccredited.
Their three bases in Cologne, Zweibrücken and Vienna were audited by Dr Maike Braida. UNICAIR has subsequently been awarded with ‘Long-range / Intercontinental Fixed Wing Air Ambulance and Regional Fixed Wing Air Ambulance’ and the medical endorsements for Adult Critical Care, Advanced Adult Critical Care, Paediatric and Neonatal Critical Care.
Michael Diefenbach, Managing Director of UNICAIR, said: “It was the first EURAMI audit for UNICAIR, following the merger of Air Alliance and Jetcall in 2021, and we are very proud of this achievement.”

UNICAIR was formed in 2021 after a merger between two of Europe’s most respected and experienced air ambulance companies, Air Alliance and Jetcall.
Medway Air Ambulance in the UA also renewed their EURAMI accreditation this summer.
