FAA grants GPMS HUMS STC on Airbus H145 D2 and D3

GPMS International has received US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) supplemental type certification (STC) for its Foresight MX health and usage monitoring system (HUMS) on the Airbus Helicopters H145 D2 and D3 platforms. This was achieved in collaboration with Wysong Enterprises and Metro Aviation, partners that played a crucial role in the certification and installation process.

“This STC is a major win for GPMS given the widespread adoption of the H145,” said Todd Powers, Vice President of Sales at GPMS. “With more than 600 H145s in operation globally, we saw a clear need for a more affordable, easy-to-install HUMS solution. Foresight MX stands out by offering a significantly lower acquisition cost, seamless retrofit compatibility for both D2 and D3 models, and an industry-leading user interface – backed by our best-in-class customer support.”

With this certification, H145 operators now have access to Foresight MX’s advanced HUMS capabilities, including predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, and fleet-wide health insights.

GPMS International recently announced the successful first installation of its Foresight MX system on HALO-Flight’s Bell 407GXi.
