Fire Boss partners with AgSur Aviones

Fire Boss, a manufacturer of water scooping systems for the Air Tractor AT-802, has announced Argentinian firm AgSur Aviones as its new official distribution partner for Central and South America.

“This partnership means our customers will have direct assistance within their country for sales and service,” said Clint Clouatre, Vice President for Marketing and Sales at Fire Boss. “AgSur has sold over 300 Air Tractor aircraft in this market, proving it has the infrastructure to be at the ready when it comes to supporting aerial firefighting.”

He added AgSur was the ‘number one Air Tractor dealer in Latin America’, and that the partnership ‘made sense with the accelerated growth of the Fire Boss market’.

AgSur, established in 2007, is based in the city of Pergamino, Argentina, and maintains additional offices in Cresson, Texas, and in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The government of Slovenia placed an order with Air Tractor for four AT-802s fitted with the Fire Boss system in April of this year.
