ITC-AeroLeasing lease-finances four EMS helicopters for US partner

ITC-AeroLeasing has finalized lease-financing agreements for four helicopters with a long-standing emergency medical services (EMS) partner in the USA. The aircraft entered service under new lease contracts beginning in late September and October 2025.

The deal includes three Airbus H125s and one H135, all configured for air medical missions. The helicopters will operate from multiple hospital-based locations nationwide, supporting rapid response and patient transport.

The H125 is commonly used in single-engine EMS operations for its versatility, cabin space, and ability to accommodate a range of medical equipment layouts suited to different mission profiles.

The H135 is widely deployed in the global EMS sector and is noted for its compact size, low noise levels, and operational efficiency. It offers several medical interior options that allow for effective patient care within a twin-engine platform.

ITC-AeroLeasing said the agreement reinforced its commitment to supporting critical-care aviation across the country. The company noted that its team was proud to deepen its partnership with the US HEMS operator as it enhanced its fleet to deliver lifesaving services.

In October, the company confirmed that it had closed new contracts with three European special mission aviation operators.
