Milestone Aviation and Leonardo Helicopters sign new framework agreement
The agreement covers Milestone’s fleet of more than 100 Leonardo aircraft and introduces a new power-by-the-hour transition solution
Helicopter leasing company Milestone Aviation has announced the signing of a new framework agreement with manufacturer Leonardo Helicopters. The deal covers Milestone’s fleet of more than 100 Leonardo aircraft and introduces a new power-by-the-hour (PBH) transition solution designed to enhance service offerings for Milestone’s customers.
The deal marks a further step in the long-standing partnership between the two companies. Milestone currently operates over 100 Leonardo models, including the AW169, AW139, and AW189, which are used across various sectors.

This agreement underscores our ongoing commitment to collaborating with Leonardo to deliver their aircraft to our customers across a diverse range of missions, including offshore operations, SAR, EMS and the renewable energy sector.”

Recently, Milestone Aviation announced a five-year lease extension agreement with South Korean operator HeliKorea for one Leonardo AW169 helicopter.
