AirLink Ambulance has appointed a new commercial manager to its team.

Inez Dijkstra will be heading up the air ambulance services and commercial medial escort provider’s commercial department. She will be stationed in Guadalajara, Mexico. Although Dijkstra grew up in the Netherlands, she has been living and working in Mexico for the past four years.

She has a degree in communication, experience in international communication at Europe´s largest Hotel Management School and also previously led an intercultural account management team for one of the Netherlands´ biggest booking platforms. As such, she has a lot of commercial value to bring to the AirLink team.

She will be working alongside Anne Rodenburg, former Commercial Director of AirLink, who was formerly stationed in Mexico but is now working for AirLink from Europe.

Commenting on her appointment, Dijkstra said: “I am delighted to work for such a beautiful company, a family business that exists over 20 years and is run by such a dedicated team of doctors, pilots, customer service and many more. All working together to serve people during the most difficult moments of their lives. I feel encouraged to put my best foot forward for this company, and to make sure we can transport our patients home or to a better facility with our best possible care.”

Dijkstra said that her main, immediate focus will be on nurturing new and existing partnerships.
